How Madhippie kept a paid account stocked with thumb-stopping creative
Skincare is the most saturated creative category on social. The first second is the whole battle.

01 — The challenge
A paid account starved of new creative.
Madhippie needed a steady pipeline of thumb-stopping assets that could feed paid campaigns without sacrificing creative quality — the trade-off most volume programmes end up making.
Cheap volume fatigues an audience faster than no volume at all.
“We could get volume or we could get quality. Every agency told us to pick one, and picking either one was going to cost us.”
So the programme was built to hold both, with thumbstop rate as the gate.
02 — Our approach
25+ whitelisted creators, 50+ assets a month, screened on thumbstop.
Twenty-five-plus content creators were whitelisted monthly, producing more than fifty assets a month — enough for the account to always have fresh work entering.
Quality was enforced through a measurable gate rather than taste: top performers held a thumbstop rate above 30%, and that threshold decided what scaled.
