How long does each phase take?
Strategize and Structure happen during the first two months. Scale begins once the system is live and producing data. Some clients are onboarded in as few as seven days depending on complexity.

We transition with zero downtime. Your campaigns keep running while we audit, restructure, and rebuild behind the scenes. By the time we take over, the new system is already live.
