Peinture Marcil
Commercial and industrial, stated first
Peinture Marcil paints commercial, industrial, institutional and residential buildings on the Rive-Nord of Montréal. The valuable work is the commercial and industrial side — buildings that cannot stop operating while they are being painted.

01 — The challenge
The buyer is a building manager, not a homeowner picking a colour.
Commercial painting is bought on schedule risk, compliance and disruption. A distribution centre, a laboratory or a retail chain wants to know that the crew is licensed and insured, that the surface preparation is real, and that operations will not be shut down for a week.
None of that is what a generic painting website talks about, and a company that lists residential first gets read as residential — which puts it in a price fight it should not be in.
Performance maximale, durabilité assurée — for this buyer, durability is a cost calculation, not a promise.

02 — Our approach
Sell the sector first, and put the credentials where the doubt is.
We built a single focused page in Webflow. The hero states the positioning — experienced painters for quality commercial, industrial and residential projects on the Rive-Nord — with the quote form beside it and a phone number for anything urgent. The four sectors follow immediately, each described in the language of that buyer rather than in generic painting copy.
The rest of the page answers the objections a building manager actually raises: professional execution and surface preparation, clear communication and a single point of contact, RBQ licensing and CNESST coverage, turnkey management so the client is not coordinating the site. Project photography carries the transformation, and Google reviews from commercial clients close it.

We built a single-page Webflow site with the positioning in the hero — experienced painters for commercial, industrial and residential projects on the Rive-Nord — and the quote form beside it. Four sector blocks follow immediately, each written to a different buyer: the building manager worried about schedule risk, the facility operator who cannot shut down, the institutional client buying compliance, the homeowner comparing contractors.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!

03 — The results
A contractor now positioned for the work it wants.
The page states RBQ licensing and CNESST coverage where the doubt sits, not buried in a footer. Surface preparation and turnkey management are described as risk mitigation, not craft boilerplate. The quote form is visible in the hero with a phone number for anything urgent.
Project photography carries the transformation work, Google reviews from commercial clients close the credibility gap, and the four sector blocks separate the company from residential-first search results that put it in a price fight it should not be in.
