Culprit Underwear
Loud prints, serious fit proof
Culprit Underwear sells patterned boxer briefs, LadyBoxers™, booty shorts and ComfyBra™ tops in limited runs, with a bundle builder and a quarterly subscription behind them.

01 — The challenge
A print sells the first pair. Nothing about a print sells the fifth.
Culprit's catalogue turns over constantly: zebra, camo, lizard king, samurai cats. The prints get the click, but underwear is bought on fit, coverage, ride-up and breathability — and none of that is visible in a photo of a pattern.
Two conversion problems follow. First-time buyers hesitate on size across a women's and men's range with very different fit language. Returning buyers, the ones who already know their size, need to add three new prints and a bundle without being re-sold the brand.
The photo makes people look. The fit information makes them buy, and buy again.

02 — Our approach
Sell the fit on the product page, and make the reorder frictionless.
The product template does the heavy lifting: benefit icons at the top (stays cool, flattering fit, quick-draw fly, no ride-up), print swatches so a shopper can switch pattern without losing their place, an inline size picker with a full measurement table, sustainability and fabric detail in collapsibles, and the review score with its count sitting next to the price rather than buried at the bottom.
Collection pages are built for browsing volume: quick-shop straight from the tile, filters for size, print and style, sort by price and newness, bundle pricing shown on the card, and a category strip that keeps women's and men's fits from mixing.
Retention scaffolding runs across the store — build-your-own-bundle, a quarterly subscription with stacking discounts, a rewards programme, free-shipping threshold messaging and email capture — plus press validation and a dedicated reviews page so the social proof is a destination, not a footnote.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!
