01 — The challenge
Heat pump shopping is a minefield of pressure selling.
Québec's heat pump market runs on government subsidy programs and door-to-door pressure, and homeowners arrive suspicious: which unit, which BTU rating, which subsidy, and how much of the quote is real. Meanwhile the same company also serves restaurants and industrial buildings needing refrigeration — a completely different buyer with a completely different vocabulary.
Three audiences, one licensed crew, and a market where the differentiator is trust rather than volume.
The competitive advantage was the honesty of the sales process. That is very hard to put in a banner.

02 — Our approach
Lead with the equipment and the evidence, not with the discount.
We built the site in Webflow so each service — heating, air conditioning, refrigeration — carries the actual equipment: models, BTU ranges, warranty terms and the brands the crew installs, alongside the government subsidy programs stated plainly instead of teased. Residential and commercial each get their own page so neither audience reads past the other's content.
A projects gallery filterable by service holds photographs of real installations, the about page puts the founder's name and face on the promise, and a coverage section gives every Rive-Nord town its own page with a local photograph. Financing and quote requests sit one click from anywhere.
