01 — The challenge

Fast reordering and complex advisory cannot share one path.

Half of this audience knows exactly what it wants — a specific seal, in stock, shipped now. The other half does not know which seal is compliant for its lanes, and needs a risk conversation, certification evidence and sometimes a physical sample before it commits.

Put both on one page and you slow down the buyer who is ready and lose the buyer who has questions. And in a category where cargo theft and tampering are the actual stakes, credibility has to be visible before either of them will act.

La sécurité de votre marchandise est à portée de main — that has to be true for a case of seals and for a supply-chain audit.

02 — Our approach

Split the catalogue from the conversation, and let the certifications carry the trust.

We built the site in Webflow with two clear tracks. The product catalogue lets a ready buyer browse by seal type — smart seals, cable, metal, plastic, bolt seals, padlocks, tools, labels — while the four service pages handle the longer decisions: seal personalisation, secure seal storage with inventory management, advisory services, and an in-person showroom.

Trust is handled structurally rather than claimed. A dedicated certifications page ties products to international standards and C-TPAT references, the homepage shows the enterprise logos that already buy, and the about page explains the Groupe Canado-Nacan structure so a procurement team understands who they are dealing with. Every service page ends with a specialist form instead of a generic contact link, so the enquiry arrives with context.

03 — The results

Two buying behaviours, two paths, one credible site.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!
