Nova Medical Skincare
Consultations and retail, one store
Nova Medical Skincare is a physician-led medical aesthetics practice in Falls Church, Virginia, offering injectables, laser and radiofrequency treatments alongside medical-grade skincare.

01 — The challenge
Two different purchases, sold on the same page.
A med spa website is asked to do two unrelated jobs. One visitor is deciding whether to let someone inject their face, and needs to know who is holding the needle. The other is restocking a serum and wants a cart. Collapse them into one page and the clinical decision gets buried under retail.
The treatment menu is also long — Botox, Daxxify, dermal fillers, Sculptra, IPL, RevLite, TempSure Envi, fractional resurfacing — and each one comes with its own set of questions about safety, downtime, cost and number of sessions.
Nobody books an injectable off a product grid. They book it once they trust the person performing it.

Revenue paths on one store: bookings and medical-grade retail

02 — Our approach
One page per treatment, and the physician front and centre.
Every treatment got its own page with the same structure a patient reasons through: what it is, how it works, what it treats, is it safe, does it hurt, how long it takes, how many sessions, downtime, side effects, who is a good candidate, and what it costs. The FAQ is not an afterthought — it is the body of the page, because those are the questions that decide the booking.
The practitioner argument sits on its own page: Dr. Nasreen Sheikh's medical training, board certification, her years as an FDA medical officer and researcher, and her own formulated skincare line. That is the difference between a clinic and a storefront, so we gave it room instead of a footer line.
Retail stays where retail belongs — featured medical-grade products, a specials page carrying current package pricing, and booking calls to action on every treatment page so the clinical path never dead-ends in a cart.

structure follows reasoning
Every treatment gets its own
page and FAQ.
Botox, Daxxify, fillers, Sculptra, IPL, RevLite, TempSure, fractional resurfacing — each one carries the same anatomy: what it is, how it works, what it treats, safety, pain, session count, downtime, side effects, candidacy and cost. The FAQ is not tucked at the bottom; it is the body copy, because those questions are what move someone from research to booking.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!

03 — The results
Clinical treatment pages and retail now run on separate tracks.
Treatment pages give space to the physician argument — Dr. Nasreen Sheikh's board certification, her years as an FDA medical officer and researcher, and her own skincare formulations — so trust precedes the booking call. Featured medical-grade products and a specials page handle the retail path without collapsing it into the clinical one.
Each treatment page ends with a booking prompt instead of a cart, so the clinical decision never dead-ends in product listings. Two revenue paths now operate on one Shopify store without stepping on each other.
