Fibro
Factory direct, quote built online
Fibro has manufactured fiberglass pools since 1959 and now ships pre-plumbed, factory-tested Plug and Play pools and spas across Canada and the United States. The buyer is often a homeowner planning a DIY install — which means the website has to answer engineering questions, not just show blue water.

01 — The challenge
A pool is not an add-to-cart product. It still needs a catalogue.
Fibro's pitch is unusual: a factory-built pool, pre-plumbed and pre-assembled, delivered to the door and installed in days instead of weeks. That claim only lands if the site can show the models, the dimensions, what ships in the crate, how the shell is built and where the company actually delivers.
None of that fits a normal e-commerce checkout. A 27-foot fiberglass shell is a freight decision with a lead time, so the site needed catalogue depth with a quote at the end of it, not a cart.
The visitor is not asking "how much" first. They are asking "will this work on my lot, and can you get it here?"

02 — Our approach
A catalogue that behaves like a spec sheet, and a quote instead of a cart.
We built Fibro in Webflow as a product catalogue: pools, hybrid pools, above-ground pools, spas and accessories, each model listed with its real dimensions and an add-to-quote action that assembles a request instead of a checkout. Heat pumps, filtration systems, salt systems and lighting attach to the same flow as accessories.
Around the catalogue we told the manufacturing story — robotic production, pre-plumbed and factory-tested shells, the polyurethane insulation, machined plumbing, structural reinforcements and lifting points that come standard — plus a shipping map for Canada and the US, a support hub with maintenance video walkthroughs, and the 1959 heritage that makes the rest believable.

catalogue, not cart
Each pool model carries its dimensions,
its crate and its lead time.
Pools, hybrid pools, above-ground models and spas are listed with real dimensions and an add-to-quote button that builds a freight request instead of triggering checkout. Heat pumps, filtration, salt systems and lighting attach as accessories in the same flow, so a buyer configures the full install before asking price.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!

03 — The results
A freight-scale product now routes through a quote, not a phone tree.
The catalogue holds over 400 pool models with their dimensions surfaced, a shipping map spanning Canada and the US, and a support hub with maintenance video walkthroughs that answer post-install questions before they arrive by email.
The manufacturing story — robotic production, pre-plumbed shells, polyurethane insulation, machined plumbing and the 1959 start date — now does credibility work on every page, so the factory-direct pitch lands before the quote is sent.
