YETIXWIPE

Explain the physics, then sell the part

YETIXWIPE is an add-on spring that clips onto a wiper arm and adds the pressure a worn arm no longer provides. Nobody searches for that — so the site has to teach the problem first, then hand over the product.

01 — The challenge

A product nobody knows to look for.

Drivers know the symptom — streaking, chatter, a wiper that lifts off the glass at highway speed — but almost none of them know a spring exists to fix it. Search demand for the product name is close to zero, while demand for the symptom is everywhere.

On top of that the audience is split three ways: French Quebec buyers, English North American buyers, and Spanish-speaking markets, plus a separate wholesale audience of independent auto-parts retailers who need pricing and quantities rather than a checkout button.

The site had to argue the problem into existence before it could sell the solution.

02 — Our approach

Teach the problem, then make buying a two-click job.

The site opens on the symptom, not the SKU. A performance page walks through every consequence of a weak wiper arm — flotation at speed, streaking, insects and road film, washer-fluid consumption, winter freezing — each one with a diagram or a bench-test chart instead of a marketing claim.

From there the path narrows fast: one product page, one price, one payment button, shipping included, with the compatibility table one click away. A persistent ACHETER button in the navigation means the buy action is never more than a click from any page.

The wholesale side gets its own track — a Directement du Fabricant page with a quote request form for independent retailers, so B2B enquiries never dilute the consumer checkout. Testimonials from real drivers, submitted through the site itself, carry the proof.

03 — The results

Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!
