Univerphone
Repair, resell, buy back, unlock — one site
Univerphone repairs phones, tablets, MacBooks and consoles across the Montréal area from three locations — Mont-Royal and two in Saint-Eustache — with most repairs done in under 30 minutes, a free diagnostic and a 180-day warranty on parts and labour.

01 — The challenge
Repair searches are local, urgent, and device-specific all at once.
Nobody searches for "phone repair" in the abstract. They search for their model, in their town, usually with a broken screen in their hand and a competitor's shop two blocks away. "Réparation cellulaire Laval" and "réparation iPad" are different intents that need different pages, and a chain with three storefronts needs each one to be findable on its own.
The business also does four things beyond repair: it sells refurbished phones, buys devices back, unlocks handsets, and services businesses and schools. Bury any of those in a services dropdown and it stops earning revenue.
The visitor is standing in a mall with a cracked screen. The page has one job: prove you can fix it today, nearby.

02 — Our approach
A page per city and per device, with the guarantees repeated everywhere.
We built the site on two grids at once. City pages — Laval, Boisbriand, Saint-Eustache and the Mont-Royal location — each carry their own address, phone number, map and locally written copy. Device and service pages sit across them: phone repair, iPad and tablet repair, MacBook repair, used-device sales, unlocking, and a sell-your-device flow with a step-by-step model picker that quotes an estimate before the visitor ever calls.
Every template repeats the four things that actually win the click — repair in about 30 minutes, free diagnostic and estimate, certified technicians with quality parts, and the 180-day warranty — because a visitor comparing three shops decides on those four lines. Booking, calling and walking in are all one tap away in the header.
Trust is borrowed from the customers: Google reviews are embedded rather than retyped, alongside the shop's own counters for devices repaired this year and years in the trade. A separate business-and-education programme page handles fleet repairs for companies and schools, with Canada-wide shipping and priority service — a different sale that needed its own page and its own form.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!
