Toitures LV
Eight roofing jobs, eight pages, one emergency line
Toitures LV installs, repairs and replaces roofs across Laval, Montréal and the Rive-Sud — residential, commercial, institutional and industrial — with a 24/7 emergency call centre and a free-estimate line at 438-797-8070.

01 — The challenge
A roof problem is never generic, and half the time it cannot wait until Monday.
Roofing demand arrives in two very different moods. One visitor is planning — comparing a residential shingle replacement against a commercial elastomeric membrane, reading about insulation and code compliance, collecting quotes over weeks. The other has water coming through a ceiling at 9pm in February and wants a phone number that answers. A single “our services” page serves neither of them well.
On top of that, the work is seasonal: snow removal, roof de-icing and snow guards are searched in winter, replacements and inspections in summer. Those queries have nothing in common except the trade.
If the page cannot name the exact job, the visitor keeps scrolling to a competitor who does.

02 — Our approach
One page per job, and the emergency line never more than one tap away.
We built the site around the eight jobs the company actually gets called for: residential roof replacement, commercial roof replacement, roof inspection, snow removal and de-icing, gutter installation and repair, snow guards, insulation and code upgrades, and 24/7 emergency service. Each page carries its own photography, its own explanation of when the work is needed, and its own quote form pre-set to that service — so the form arrives already qualified.
Every template repeats the same two conversion routes: the free, fast estimate form and the 24/7 emergency number in the header. The winter services and the emergency page are written for someone in a hurry, the replacement and insulation pages for someone comparing options.
A réalisations gallery does the trust work no copy can: real Laval and Montréal roofs, flat and sloped, before and after. And because the client's market is not only francophone, the site is published in French, English, Spanish and Arabic off the same structure.

one job, one page
Eight roofing services split into eight
landing pages.
Residential shingle replacement, commercial elastomeric membrane, roof inspection, snow removal and de-icing, gutter work, snow guards, insulation upgrades and 24/7 emergency service each got its own page with its own photography, explanation and pre-qualified quote form. The winter pages are written for urgency, the replacement pages for comparison.

03 — The results
A planned quote and a ceiling leak now reach different pages.
Eight service pages now separate the visitor pricing out a summer replacement from the one calling at 2am about water damage. Each page names the exact job, shows the corresponding photography and delivers a form or phone number already tuned to that service type.
The réalisations gallery puts Laval and Montréal roofs — flat, sloped, before and after — on the page instead of leaving trust work to copy. The site publishes in French, English, Spanish and Arabic from a single WordPress structure.
