Toiture Grand-Montréal
One page per job, one page per city
Roofing is the most contested local search category in Montreal. Toiture Grand-Montréal needed a site that could hold a position on twelve services across a dozen municipalities without saying the same thing twelve times.

01 — The challenge
Twelve services, a dozen cities, one generic page each.
A roof leak is not a research project — it is a 2 a.m. search with a bucket under the ceiling. But an emergency search, an insurance-claim search and a green-roof search have nothing in common, and a single Nos services page cannot rank for or answer any of them properly.
Add the geography: Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, Terrebonne, Blainville, Boisbriand each have their own competitors and their own building stock, and a bilingual audience on top.
The site had to be twelve answers and a dozen neighbourhoods, without becoming twelve copies of the same page.

02 — Our approach
Build the site the way a homeowner panics: by problem, then by city.
Each service gets a page written for the moment it is searched. The 24/7 emergency page publishes response times by zone, lists what to do while waiting for the crew, and shows a real price range for temporary sealing and diagnostics — an unusual level of disclosure for the trade, and the fastest trust signal available.
The insurance and claim-evaluation page runs a parallel track for damage cases, walking through what home insurance covers, what it refuses, and how to submit a claim with photos and a written report.
City pages for Laval, Blainville, Longueuil and the rest are written from the local building stock — flat commercial roofs, multiplex membranes, shingle stock by neighbourhood — instead of find-and-replace city names, and each carries its own FAQ and estimate path. Roof-type pages (green roofs, metal, flat, membrane) cover the research end of the funnel.

service, city, urgency
A page for leak-at-2-a.m.,
another for claim paperwork.
The emergency page prints response times by zone and a price range for temporary sealing — unusual disclosure in the trade. The insurance page walks through what home coverage accepts and refuses, with claim-submission instructions. City pages describe local building stock instead of repeating boilerplate with swapped names.

03 — The results
Every roofing search in the Grand Montréal now lands somewhere specific.
Service pages for emergency response, insurance claims, green roofs, flat membrane and metal now answer different buyer moments instead of funneling everything through a single catch-all destination. City pages for Laval, Blainville, Longueuil and the rest carry neighbourhood-specific building stock, FAQ and estimate paths.
The bilingual WordPress build gives the contractor a position in the most crowded local search category in Quebec, with a page ready for the panic search, the research search and the claim search alike.
