Service Routier Grand Montréal
One page, one action: call now
Service Routier Grand Montréal repairs heavy trucks, trailers and cars on the road, 24 hours a day, across Greater Montreal. Its customers do not browse — they are broken down on a highway shoulder and need the number.

01 — The challenge
Emergency demand does not read a menu.
Roadside breakdown is the least patient search there is. A driver with a blown air line or a seized trailer axle has a truckload of freight waiting and a phone in one hand. Any structure that asks that person to navigate a services menu, compare pages and find a contact form is structure working against the business.
The commercial problem is also a trust problem: the caller has to believe, in a few seconds, that this crew has the parts, the truck and the experience to get them rolling again.
If the visitor is standing on a highway shoulder, the website has one job — make the call happen.

02 — Our approach
Collapse the whole site into one scroll, with the number never more than a thumb away.
We built the whole business as one WordPress page. The hero carries the emergency positioning, the dispatch number and a short call-back form asking only for a name, a phone number and a line describing the breakdown. The number is repeated in the sticky header and again in a high-contrast band mid-page, so wherever the driver stops reading, the action is right there.
Below the fold, the page answers the questions a fleet manager actually asks in order: what exactly do you repair, how fast do you get here, are you equipped on site, and where do you go. We wrote out the repair list explicitly — heavy trucks and trailers, welding on steel and aluminium, diagnostics, air lines, electrical, hydraulics, fuel problems, towing and de-icing — because that list is what qualifies the call.
The service-area map and the winter snow-removal and de-icing section close the page: proof that this is a year-round Greater Montreal operation, not a two-truck side business.

The number, never far away
The whole business fits
on one scroll.
The hero carries the emergency positioning, the dispatch number and a call-back form asking only for a name, a phone number and a line describing the breakdown. The number repeats in the sticky header and again in a high-contrast band mid-page, so wherever the driver stops reading, the action is already in front of them.

03 — The results
One page that behaves like a dispatch line.
Below the fold the page answers a fleet manager's questions in order: what gets repaired, how fast the truck arrives, what is carried on site, and where the crew goes. The repair list is written out explicitly — heavy trucks and trailers, welding on steel and aluminium, diagnostics, air lines, electrical, hydraulics, fuel problems, towing and de-icing — because that list is what qualifies the call.
The service-area map and the winter snow-removal and de-icing section close it out, showing a year-round Greater Montreal operation rather than a two-truck side business. Availability and years of experience sit up front instead of in an about page.
