RedHeal
Evidence before the add-to-cart
RedHeal sells red and near-infrared light panels, stands, masks and sauna tents to Norwegian households from a local warehouse. The equipment is expensive, the category is noisy, and the buyer is doing homework.

01 — The challenge
A high-ticket wellness device sells on trust, and trust has to be built before the product page.
A red light panel is a several-thousand-krone purchase from a brand founded in 2024. The prospect is comparing wavelengths, LED counts, irradiance and warranty terms across a market where most sites make confident health claims and cite nothing.
Two things had to be true at once: the store needed to sell hardware efficiently, and it needed to give a sceptical Norwegian buyer a reason to believe the company is straight with them.
The competitive advantage here is not a bigger claim. It is being the site that says what the research does not show yet.

02 — Our approach
Build the shop and the research library as one site, so the evidence is always one click from the buy button.
The store is structured around two entry points. The commercial path runs home → panel collection → product page, with the panels comparable at a glance (Mini, Max, Mega, Mega X — LED count, coverage, price) and every product page carrying the free-shipping, five-year-guarantee, 50-day-trial and financing terms in the same view as the add-to-cart.
The credibility path runs through RedHeal Lab and the beginner explainer. The Lab states its own review standards, sorts studies by theme — skin, recovery, sleep and melatonin, muscle comfort — flags how strong each body of evidence is, and keeps a section for what is not yet known. The explainer covers red versus near-infrared, LED versus laser, dose and distance, with the light-spectrum diagram reused across the site so the vocabulary stays consistent.
Proof is local and specific: named Norwegian athletes with their sport, a clinician quote, the Askim warehouse, the delivery promise, the company timeline. Nothing borrowed, nothing anonymous.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!
