Polyflex
Bond beyond boundaries
Polyflex manufactures high-performance construction sealants — fire-resistant, waterproof, acrylic latex, 100% silicone and its flagship Titan line — out of a 20,000 m² facility, and sells them to contractors, distributors and specifiers across the Pacific and North America.

01 — The challenge
A product range that only makes sense one product at a time.
Fireborn, Vanguard, Acrycote, SPR silicone and Titan solve genuinely different problems — flame spread, weatherproofing, paintable finishes, sanitary sealing, extreme-condition durability. Presented together on one catalogue page they blur into a wall of cartridges, and a specifier cannot tell which one belongs on their spec sheet.
The second gap was proof. In this category nobody buys on adjectives; they buy on a TDS, an MSDS and third-party test results, and those documents were not where a buyer would look for them.

02 — Our approach
One page per product, with the datasheet attached to it.
Every sealant line now has its own page with a consistent shape: a positioning header, a plain-language overview of the environment it is designed for, then the key features written as engineering claims — fire resistance and thermal stability for Fireborn, weather resistance and fast cure for Vanguard, paintability and flexibility for Acrycote, temperature range and non-corrosive behaviour for the silicone line.
On the pages where it exists, the technical evidence sits right under the specification: Download TDS, Download MSDS, Intertek test results, VOC results. That single change turns the page from marketing into something a specifier can forward internally.
Around the range we built the manufacturer story the brand needed to be credible at that level — the facility and container throughput, R&D and third-party validation, real production and warehouse photography instead of stock, and a contact page with a direct enquiry form for distributors.

one page per sealant
Five products that solve different problems
now live on five different pages.
Fireborn, Vanguard, Acrycote, SPR silicone and Titan each carry a positioning header, a plain-language environment description, then engineering claims written as spec-sheet facts — fire resistance and thermal stability, weather resistance and fast cure, paintability and flexibility. Where test data exists it sits under the specification: TDS, MSDS, Intertek results, VOC results, downloadable.

03 — The results
A specifier can now forward a product page internally.
Five dedicated sealant pages replaced the single catalogue wall. Each one is structured the same way so a contractor or specifier knows where the datasheet will be before they scroll. The technical evidence that used to live somewhere else now lives on the page that describes the product.
The manufacturer story finally backs the brand at the level it operates — facility scale, container throughput, R&D validation, production and warehouse photography shot on-site, and a direct enquiry form for distributors who want to talk volume.
