Harmonie Intervention
One family, two very different fears
Harmonie Intervention supports families in business across Québec through succession, governance, communication and conflict — a practice of coaches, mediators, psychotherapists and business strategists based in Lévis.

01 — The challenge
A sensitive service that people research privately, long before they call.
Nobody books a family-business mediator on impulse. The founder who cannot let go and the daughter who cannot get started are living the same conflict from opposite sides, and each reads the same page looking for a different reassurance. A single generic services page speaks to neither of them.
The subject is also intimate. Prospects want to understand the process, see the people, and be reasonably sure they will not be judged — all before revealing that their family is struggling.
The website has to earn enough trust for someone to admit, out loud, that something is wrong at home.

02 — Our approach
Split the site by who you are, not by what we sell.
The primary navigation asks one question — who are you? — and forks into two complete paths. "Je suis cédant" speaks to the owner facing the end of a life's work; "Je suis repreneur" speaks to the successor taking on a company and a family at the same time. Each path carries its own emotional framing, its own service selection and its own practitioner, and each ends with an invitation to talk to a specific human being.
Trust is built by exposure rather than assertion. The team is named and photographed, the three-circle family–business–ownership model is drawn out, the media appearances and client logos are listed, and testimonials come from identified presidents and advisers.
Because this decision takes months, the site also gives people a reason to come back before they are ready: a free tools library with a transfer diagnostic questionnaire, downloadable models and reading lists, a media page and a monthly meet-up series — a low-commitment on-ramp that keeps the practice present during the long private research phase.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!
