Benjel Chimistes Conseil Inc.
Invisible problem, documented answer
Benjel Chimistes Conseil Inc. has been analysing indoor air, mould, asbestos and water for more than 30 years from Saint-Hubert, serving homeowners, institutions, commercial buildings and industrial plants across Greater Montreal.

01 — The challenge
Four very different buyers, one technical vocabulary.
A homeowner smelling mould in a basement, a lawyer building a hidden-defect case, a facility manager chasing a LEED credit and an industrial hygienist ordering a NADCA duct test are all buying laboratory analysis — but not one of them searches with the same words, and none of them wants to read the other three's page.
The service is also intangible. There is no before-and-after photo of clean air. The only thing a prospect can evaluate before buying is whether the lab sounds credible, independent and accredited.
When the product is a report, the website has to make the rigour behind the report visible.

02 — Our approach
One page per analysis, each written for the person who needs it.
We split the offer into a page per analysis — consulting, industrial services, fungal contaminant investigation, the commercial division, special projects, LEED, HVAC, NADCA, hidden defects and general air quality — so every search intent has a page written in its own language. The industrial pages talk about carbon monoxide, VOCs and hygiene compliance; the hidden-defect page talks about objective reports, expert testimony and conflict of interest.
Credibility is built into the structure rather than claimed in a banner: the accreditation and parameter tables, the named professional order memberships, the four-step method — inspection visit, laboratory analysis, interpretation, after-sales explanation — and the explicit statement that Benjel sells no decontamination products, so the report has no commercial angle.
Contact is treated as qualification. The form asks for the project type — residential, public institution, commercial, industrial — so an enquiry arrives already routed to the right division, and a persistent "talk to an expert" prompt follows the visitor down every page.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!
