Achat Maison Laval

Achat Maison Laval

One page, one decision

Achat Maison Laval buys houses, condos and income properties outright across Laval, Montréal, the Rive-Nord and the Rive-Sud. People who need that service are rarely browsing — they are in a divorce, an estate, a mortgage arrears file, or a move that cannot wait for a listing.

01 — The challenge

Sellers in this market do not want a brochure. They want to know if they qualify.

Direct-purchase offers get treated with suspicion, and rightly so. The seller's questions are blunt: how is the offer calculated, are there hidden fees, what if I refuse, do you buy in my area, and how fast does the money actually arrive. Anything on the page that is not answering one of those questions is friction.

The site also had to work for a category of seller — foreclosure, estate, separation — who will not fill out a form that looks like it feeds a call centre.

The whole conversion depends on one thing: making a stressed seller believe the process is short and private.

02 — Our approach

Lead with the seller's situation, not with the buyer's credentials.

We built a single Webflow page that opens with the offer form itself, next to the three things a seller wants confirmed in the first five seconds: an offer in days, no commission, no surprise fees. The form asks for property type and situation, because that is the qualifier that matters on both sides.

Below that, the page is organised as a situation grid rather than a service list — property to renovate, urgent need for cash, relocation, mortgage arrears, separation, estate to settle. A seller recognises their own file and reads only that block.

The rest removes doubt in order: a numbered three-step process ending at the notary, the property types actually accepted, the as-is and confidentiality commitments, and an FAQ that takes the hostile questions head-on — how the offer is calculated, whether there are fees, and what happens if the seller says no.

03 — The results

A one-page funnel that qualifies the seller before the first call.

Working with Web Tonic has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. Their team took the time to understand our business goals and delivered exactly what they promised. Communication was excellent, and we've already seen a noticeable improvement in our online visibility. Highly recommended!
