How we vet every listicle
Every agency featured on Web Tonic passes our 84-point editorial review before a single listicle goes live. This is how we vet each pick:
Verified client outcomes: We require real case studies with measurable KPIs — revenue, ROAS, CPA, retention — tied to the exact category being ranked. No cherry-picked wins, no unverifiable numbers.
Independent reputation: We cross-check Clutch, Google, G2, and Trustpilot ratings, and screen for review-bombing or suspicious patterns. Only operators with a consistent, verifiable track record make the cut.
Beyond that, every listing goes through a quarterly re-audit. We check 84 criteria across 6 pillars to make sure it still holds up — here are some of the checks we run:
A CRM analytics and integration agency connects HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar system to the rest of the stack — ad platforms, ERP, billing, a warehouse — then turns the combined data into reporting leadership can act on. The work is infrastructure: bidirectional syncs, field and lifecycle hygiene, attribution models and RevOps dashboards, delivered as a build or an ongoing retainer. Demand is structural: 78% of B2B companies with 50 or more employees now run a dedicated RevOps function, up from 48% in 2023.

We compared 21 agencies on platform specialism, published pricing, disclosed offices and whether clients are named. Nine of the 20 external firms publish a starting price; only five name clients publicly, and we report the gap rather than filling it.
Which CRM analytics and integration agency should you choose?
It depends on your platform. RevPartners, Aptitude 8 and SmartBug lead on HubSpot RevOps, VRP Consulting covers Salesforce at enterprise scale, ConsultEvo and Fission handle smaller fixed-scope builds, and Web Tonic ties CRM data back to ad spend.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a CRM integration project cost?
Published benchmarks put a simple one-way HubSpot integration at $4,000 to $12,000, and a bidirectional sync with webhooks and conflict resolution at $15,000 to $40,000. Consultant hourly rates typically run $100 to $150, with US agencies charging $125 to $250 and full implementations reaching $12,000 to $60,000 or more. On this list, published entry points range from $500 for a basic CRM setup to about €11,020 for a full CRM Suite onboarding. Scope, not brand, drives most of the variance.
Do I need a HubSpot partner or a general agency?
If your problem is inside one platform — onboarding, migration, custom objects, workflow architecture — a certified partner in that ecosystem will be faster and cheaper, because they have done the same build repeatedly. A generalist earns its place when the problem spans systems: ad platforms, billing, a warehouse and the CRM all disagreeing about the same customer. Ask which certifications the named delivery team actually holds, not the agency badge, and who owns the work when the integration breaks at 2am.
What is RevOps and do we need it?
RevOps is the operating function that owns the data, process and tooling across marketing, sales and customer success so all three report from one version of the pipeline. You need it once handoffs start leaking: duplicate records, lead sources nobody trusts, forecasts that disagree with the CRM. Many companies buy it as a service before hiring for it, which is why several firms on this list sell fractional RevOps retainers. If a single spreadsheet still reconciles everything, you are not there yet.
How long does a CRM integration take?
A scoped one-way integration or a standard onboarding usually runs two to six weeks. A bidirectional sync with conflict resolution, historical data migration and custom objects is more often a two to four month project, and the migration is what stretches: deduplication, field mapping and lifecycle definitions consume more time than the code. Agree the cutover plan, the rollback path and who validates the first month of data before you start, because bad data discovered later is far more expensive to unwind.
Will this improve our ad performance?
Only if the integration runs in both directions. Reporting alone tells you which channel produced pipeline; sending closed-won values and lifecycle stages back into the ad platforms is what lets bidding optimise toward revenue instead of raw leads. That requires clean lead-source fields, consistent stage definitions and an offline conversion import that actually fires. Ask any prospective agency to describe the return path explicitly, because plenty of CRM projects stop at the dashboard and quietly leave the media budget optimising against the wrong signal.
Choosing a CRM Analytics & Integration Agency
Name the systems and the direction of travel. A quote for "CRM integration" is meaningless. List the systems, the objects, and which way each field must flow, and the proposals become comparable in an afternoon. A one-page systems diagram is the single most useful document you can bring to a first call.
Buy hygiene before dashboards. Attribution built on inconsistent lifecycle stages and free-text lead sources will be argued with forever. Insist that field standardisation and deduplication are line items, not assumptions. Ask how many records will be merged, deduplicated or rewritten, and who signs that off before it happens.
Check who maintains it. Integrations rot when APIs change. Agree monitoring, alerting and an ownership model for breakages before go-live, and get the runbook in writing. Confirm whether monitoring is included in the retainer or billed separately when something breaks.
Make the data reach the media. Reporting that never returns to the ad platforms leaves bidding blind. If you want CRM revenue feeding the campaigns, see our data intelligence work or book a call. Make the offline conversion import a named milestone, not an optional phase two nobody funds.
