How we vet every listicle
Every agency featured on Web Tonic passes our 84-point editorial review before a single listicle goes live. This is how we vet each pick:
Verified client outcomes: We require real case studies with measurable KPIs — revenue, ROAS, CPA, retention — tied to the exact category being ranked. No cherry-picked wins, no unverifiable numbers.
Independent reputation: We cross-check Clutch, Google, G2, and Trustpilot ratings, and screen for review-bombing or suspicious patterns. Only operators with a consistent, verifiable track record make the cut.
Beyond that, every listing goes through a quarterly re-audit. We check 84 criteria across 6 pillars to make sure it still holds up — here are some of the checks we run:
A Singapore podcast production company handles everything around the microphone: format and episode planning, studio or on-location recording, multi-camera video capture, editing, mixing and mastering, then artwork, show notes, hosting and distribution setup, plus the vertical clips that carry a show onto social feeds.

We checked these 20 companies on evidenced podcast work, clients named on their own websites, rates published there, and a verified address. Nineteen publish a city address, from Robinson Road and Suntec to Kallang and Jalan Besar, and one is out at Sembawang. Eight print a rate, the highest share on this series, and six name a client.
Which Singapore podcast production company should a business shortlist?
Shortlist by product. Studio Analogue, Backbeat Recording Studio, Muse, shophaus and Studio Five Spaces sell bookable rooms and session time. Hong Bao Media, Storybox Collective, Poddster Singapore, Alta Studio and Ministry of Funny take responsibility for finished, published shows.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does podcast production cost in Singapore?
Eight of these twenty publish Singapore dollar figures, which makes this the most transparent market we have measured on this block. shophaus charges 75 dollars an hour flat. Studio Analogue opens at 100 dollars an hour and Muse at 175. Studio Five Spaces sells a 250 dollar session and Hong Bao Media a 300 dollar one. Poddster Singapore posts 272.80 dollars an hour, Storybox Collective 650 dollars for an episode of up to two hours, and Alta Studio a 1,720 dollar starter package. The other twelve quote after a call.
How many of these companies are really in Singapore?
All twenty operate here, and nineteen publish a central or near-central address: Robinson Road, Henderson Road, Pearl's Hill Terrace, Jalan Kilang Barat, Bendemeer Road, Jalan Besar, Circular Road, Jalan Bukit Merah, Kallang Pudding Road, Suntec Tower One, Anson Road, Upper Cross Street and Orchard Road among them. Studio Five Spaces is out at Gambas Crescent in Sembawang, and CrazyTok Media also lists a United States presence alongside its Singapore base.
Which Singapore firms name the clients behind the work?
Six of the twenty. Ministry of Funny names Audible and Mediacorp. WEAREFUDGE names Monk's Hill Ventures, CreativesAtWork and Resilience Collective. Backbeat Recording Studio names Coca-Cola, Marvel Studios and Singapore Press Holdings. Sound Post Lab names Channel News Asia, Discovery Channel and After 9 Tales. Chowder Media names Moomoo and CrazyTok Media names Vertex Ventures and Rainkraft. Three further credits given to us in research could not be read on the firm's own site and were removed.
Should I book a room, a producer or an agency here?
They are separate purchases. Studio Analogue, Backbeat Recording Studio, Muse, shophaus, Studio Five Spaces, Alta Studio and Sound Post Lab sell treated rooms, engineering hours and audio post. Hong Bao Media, Storybox Collective, Poddster Singapore, Ministry of Funny and Somerville Media own a finished, published show. Powered By Video, theVideocompany, IMPACT! Brand Communications, CrazyTok Media, Chowder Media, WEAREFUDGE, Artzee and Springboard Creative run podcasting inside wider video, branding or social practices.
Does a Singapore business podcast need cameras?
In this market, almost always. Edison Research counts 167 million monthly podcast consumers in the United States, 58 percent of everyone aged 12 and over, and IAB and PwC recorded 2.862 billion dollars of United States podcast ad revenue in 2025, up 17.6 percent, with video formats taking a growing share. Most Singapore rooms on this page price a multi-camera session rather than an audio booth, so a corporate show here is a video shoot with a microphone attached.
Choosing a Podcast Partner in Singapore
Singapore publishes more prices than any city on this series. Eight of twenty print a Singapore dollar figure, which is unusual, but they price four different products: a flat hourly room, a per-session booking, a per-episode edit and a starter package. Match the scope before you compare the numbers.
Almost everyone here is genuinely in the city. Nineteen of the twenty publish a central address you can walk into, and the twentieth names Sembawang openly. That makes a pre-booking studio visit realistic, which matters more than any list position.
Fourteen of the twenty still name no client at all. Three credits we were given in research could not be found on the firm's own site, so we removed them. Ask for a published episode you can listen to, and get feed, artwork and raw-file ownership written into the agreement.
Plan the audience before the microphone. If you want the creative, the paid promotion and an integrated team from one partner, read the latest analysis or start here.
