How we vet every listicle
Every agency featured on Web Tonic passes our 84-point editorial review before a single listicle goes live. This is how we vet each pick:
Verified client outcomes: We require real case studies with measurable KPIs — revenue, ROAS, CPA, retention — tied to the exact category being ranked. No cherry-picked wins, no unverifiable numbers.
Independent reputation: We cross-check Clutch, Google, G2, and Trustpilot ratings, and screen for review-bombing or suspicious patterns. Only operators with a consistent, verifiable track record make the cut.
Beyond that, every listing goes through a quarterly re-audit. We check 84 criteria across 6 pillars to make sure it still holds up — here are some of the checks we run:
A Chandler podcast production company handles the work around the microphone: format and episode planning, studio or on-location recording, multi-camera video capture, editing, mixing and mastering, then artwork, show notes, transcripts, hosting and distribution setup, plus the vertical clips that carry a show onto social feeds.

We checked these 16 companies on evidenced podcast work, clients named on their own websites, rates published there, and a verified address. Six publish a Chandler address; the other ten work from Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe or Gilbert. Six name a client and six publish a real rate, which is unusually open for a market this size.
Which Chandler podcast production company should a business shortlist?
Shortlist by product. LOOK Studios, The Motivated Mind Group, 38Atoms, Podcast Studio AZ, PodWorks and Pod Bros Media own finished shows. SER Soundworks, AZF Media, BYND Media, Arizona Podcast and Live Stream Studio and Blumble Bee sell rooms, engineers and editing hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does podcast production cost in Chandler?
Six of these sixteen companies publish figures on their own sites, so there is a real local range. AZF Media lists 75 dollars for a podcast up to an hour, SER Soundworks a 130 dollar minimum session with an engineer and 50 dollars an hour for editing, Blumble Bee 100 dollars an hour for studio access, BYND Media from 150 dollars an hour with an operator, Pod Bros Media 150 dollars per thirty minutes, and LOOK Studios a 10,000 dollar project minimum. That is the honest spread: an hour of room time or a funded video series.
How many of these companies are actually in Chandler?
Six of the sixteen publish a Chandler address: SER Soundworks on North Delaware Street, AZF Media on East Gemini Place, LOOK Studios on East Corporate Place, The Motivated Mind Group on South Arizona Avenue, Arizona Podcast and Live Stream Studio on East Ray Road, and BYND Media, whose bookable studio is its own flagship install. The other ten are East Valley and Phoenix neighbours that market to Chandler openly, from Mesa and Gilbert to Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix.
Which Chandler firms name the clients or shows behind them?
Six, and they are checkable. SER Soundworks produces the Buy That Guitar Podcast and cites Vintage Guitar Magazine and Gibson Guitars. LOOK Studios names LeanScale. The Motivated Mind Group produced The Route with a former Super Bowl champion as host, plus Stories of Hope Arizona. Podcast Studio AZ runs AI Chat, AI Hustle, AI Applied, Rooster Crows and Law of Attraction. 38Atoms names OZExpo and IntelinAir, and Pod Bros Media names Coterie Tax and Healthy Living Scottsdale. The other ten describe work by category only.
Should I book a room, a producer or a full studio build?
They are three different purchases in this market. SER Soundworks, AZF Media, Arizona Podcast and Live Stream Studio, Blumble Bee and Abide Studio sell treated space, gear and engineering time by the hour or session. LOOK Studios, 38Atoms, PodWorks Studios, Podcast Studio AZ, Pod Bros Media, PodPopuli and Go Live Podcasts take responsibility for a finished, published show. BYND Media does something rarer: it installs a permanent studio inside your own building, quoted between 15,000 and 40,000 dollars.
Is video capture worth paying for on a business podcast?
For most Chandler business shows, yes. Edison Research measured video overtaking audio for the first time in the third quarter of 2025, with 82 percent of weekly podcast consumers actively watching against 78 percent listening audio-only. That changes what you should buy: multi-camera capture, a room that looks like something on screen, and a clip package. Monthly consumption also hit an all-time high of 58 percent of Americans aged twelve and over, so the audience is not the constraint, the format is.
Choosing a Podcast Partner in Chandler
Six addresses, ten neighbours. Only six of these sixteen companies publish a Chandler address; the rest work from Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and Gilbert and say so plainly. In a metro this tight that is a scheduling detail, not a disqualifier, but ask where the crew and the gear are actually dispatched from.
This market will quote you a number. Six firms post rates on their own sites, from 75 dollars for a one-hour episode edit to a 10,000 dollar project minimum, and one sells permanent studio installs between 15,000 and 40,000 dollars. Use that spread as a sanity check on any quote you receive.
Ask what the room is for. Half of these companies rent a treated space by the hour; the other half take responsibility for a published show. If your team has no host, no format and no clip plan, an hourly room will not save the season, and a producer will.
Plan the audience before the microphone. If you want the creative, the paid promotion and an integrated team from one partner, read the latest analysis or start here.
