Saffron & Sage
Eleven restaurants, eleven websites, eleven stale menus
Every location had built its own site. Every one had a different menu format, and at least four of them were advertising dishes the kitchen had retired.
01 — The challenge
Eleven sites nobody owned.
Each manager updated their own page when they remembered. Head office had no way to push a seasonal menu, and guests routinely arrived asking for dishes that had left the menu a year earlier.
“A guest showed us a dish on our own website that we stopped serving in 2024.”

02 — Our approach
One template, eleven locations, zero duplicate work.
We built a single location template driven by the CMS, so head office publishes a seasonal menu once and all eleven sites reflect it instantly, while each manager keeps control of hours and events.

“We change the autumn menu once and every location is correct before service. That was genuinely impossible before.”
