Ninety pages of credentials, nowhere to start a case
A respected litigation practice with a site that read like a printed brochure. Plenty of authority, no obvious way to become a client.
01 — The challenge
Authority everywhere, intake nowhere.
Every partner had a bio. Every practice area had a page. Not one of them asked the visitor to do anything, and the contact form sat three clicks deep behind a menu nobody opened.
“We ranked for the terms we wanted and still could not tell you where a single case came from.”

02 — Our approach
Stop publishing credentials. Start opening cases.
We cut ninety pages to twenty-eight, gave every practice area its own intake path, and instrumented the whole funnel so the firm could finally attribute a matter to a page.

“For the first time we know which page opened the file. That changed how we spend on marketing entirely.”
