01 — The challenge
A growth problem dressed up as a traffic problem.
On a dashboard, Klariti's pipeline looked fine. Then you asked where it came from — and almost every lead traced back to broad-match Google Ads, with cost climbing while quality slid. Sales had quietly started ignoring marketing's leads altogether.
When their VP of Marketing reached out, the message was blunt:
“We're spending $40k a month on Google Ads and sales says half the demos are tire-kickers.”
They'd been Googling the same things their prospects never would, and getting the same recycled advice every agency hands out:
*
45%
CPA climbing year-over-year
*
3 wks

*
<1%

02 — Our approach
Stop renting demand. Start owning it.
We don't start with tactics — we start with where the revenue actually hides. Before touching a single campaign, we mapped Klariti's real buying journey: not the tidy funnel in their deck, but the messy path their best customers took. Nearly all of them had a problem they were actively searching for long before they ever clicked an ad.
That reframed everything. Paid media was capturing demand at the most expensive possible moment. Organic could capture the same demand earlier, cheaper, and with far higher intent. So the thesis was simple: shift the centre of gravity from paid to organic over six months — without letting pipeline dip in the meantime — and use paid as a scalpel, not a fire hose.
Three principles guided every call. Prove expertise, don't claim it — content built with Klariti's own product team and customers, so it carried the authority Google rewards and buyers trust. Remove friction — the best content can't outrun a six-second load time. And attribute everything — if we couldn't tie a tactic to pipeline, we wouldn't spend on it.
Then we sequenced it: the cheapest, fastest wins first — technical fixes and high-intent pages that move in days — with the compounding bets running in parallel to pay off by month three. That's how a six-month plan shows results in week one.
03 — What we did
One pillar at a time. Each one linked to the next.
Four services, one team. Every channel pulling toward the same revenue number — and internally linked so the SEO work compounds.
Growth marketing — SEO
Rebuilt around buyer intent, not keyword volume
We opened with a full technical audit — clearing crawl traps and fixing a broken canonical setup that was splitting authority across duplicate URLs — then restructured the site into tight topic clusters around the problems buyers actually search for.
Then content with teeth: comparison pages, problem-led guides, and a programmatic library of use-case pages, each written with Klariti's product team so it carried real expertise. Every page internal-links back to the relevant Growth Marketing service and to neighbouring articles, concentrating authority where it converts. Within 90 days Klariti moved from average position 18 to the top of page one — and organic became the single largest source of qualified demos.

Paid media — Google Ads
The enemy wasn't paid. It was broad match.
We paused 60% of the account's keywords, rebuilt campaigns around exact and phrase-match high-intent terms, and rewrote ad copy to pre-qualify tire-kickers before they ever clicked.

Web development & CRO
A fast, clear site is the multiplier on everything
We rebuilt Klariti's core templates, cutting mobile load from six seconds to under two and redesigning the demo-request flow around a single, obvious action.

Data intelligence & attribution
None of it matters if you can't prove it
We stood up a clean GA4 and Looker Studio setup, wired multi-touch attribution through to the CRM, and built one dashboard that showed leadership exactly which channels produced pipeline.
